Once-in-a-While Won’t Cut It

If you want to be the person or company they can always count on, then it is critical you deliver DAY-IN & DAY-OUT. Consistency is what transforms a reputation of average into one of excellent and it will also create TRUST with customers and bosses. When people know they can count on you, you will always be in demand. Consistency is essential to your success and nothing great will ever happen without it. What matters most is what you do every day, not what you do every-once- in-a-while. The power of your personal brand is based on four things: Competency, Reliability, Consistency and Trust.

Handling Irate People

In most all cases, the person yelling the loudest is the one losing the argument. Yelling at a person, doesn’t make “the thing you are yelling about” any more possible. Success List

You may not agree with all the points on my Success List below, but it gives you some things to think about. If you feel there is a better answer for any or all of them, then scratch out my opinion and write in yours. You might have more than one thing that you feel should be listed by each point … and that’s okay. (In some cases, I found it extremely hard to identify just one) The objective here is to get us all thinking about what is really involved in being successful: it sure made me think. We all need to understand: before we can be it, do it, and live it … we must recognize it.

One Step at a Time

Your life is postponed from progressing if you can’t make up your mind where you want to go. The older I get the more I find that every day is an important day. I see so many people wasting time, floundering through life, wondering why their life isn’t going the way they want it to go. There is good news and bad news about the statement I just made. The good news is at least they have a vision of the way they want their life to go. The bad news is they haven’t figured out they are the one responsible for making that vision happen.

Clean Slate

Was yesterday a great, average or lousy day for you? Well guess what …it no longer matters; we have all moved on. Your results of good or bad, lousy or great, failure or success, awesome or terrible all just vanished in the blink of an eye. Some people are still mourning their results while others are regaling in their accomplishments.
